To apply the Movie Star Top Coat, place the brush just above the cuticle and sweep it upward to the tip of the nail. Repeat along each side to ensure full coverage. Wear it alone or over your favorite Beach Bunny nail polish. Allow it to dry for a few minutes, then apply a second coat for a more vivid, holographic, high-glass shine.
